【摘要】 目的观察黄蜀葵花总黄酮(total flavones of Abelmoschus manihot (L) Medic,TFA)对湿热型慢性肾炎的作用及其对红细胞免疫黏附功能的影响。方法采用葡萄球菌肠毒素B分次由尾静脉注射、牛血清清蛋白隔日灌胃及完全弗氏佐剂和不完全弗氏佐剂分次皮下注射复制大鼠慢性肾炎湿热证模型。8周后模型复制成功,将大鼠分为模型组,泼尼松组,黄葵胶囊组,TFA高(694.4 mg/kg)、中(347.2 mg/kg)、低(173.6 mg/kg)剂量组,各组分别每日灌胃给药。连续给药4周后采用考马斯亮蓝法测定尿蛋白(urine pro-tein,UP),双缩脲法测定血清总蛋白(total protein,TP),溴甲酚绿法测定白蛋白(albumin,Alb)、苦味酸法测定血肌酐(creatinine,Cr),二乙酰一肟法测血清尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN);聚乙二醇(polyethy-lene glycol,PEG)沉淀法测定血清循环免疫复合物(circulating immune complex,CIC);酵母菌花环法测定红细胞免疫复合物(... 更多还原
