【摘要】 目的确立鼻炎片的最佳成型工艺,提高其片芯在包衣时的硬度。方法采用单因素法筛选出最优吸收剂、黏合剂、崩解剂,以正交试验法对优选的辅料用量配比等方面进行分析,并通过优选成型工艺条件的重复性试验进行验证。结果处方中选用7%微粉硅胶为吸收剂、60%乙醇为黏合剂或润湿剂湿法制粒,6%羧甲基淀粉钠作为崩解剂,可解决其片芯硬度不够的问题。结论新选辅料配比试验证明,该处方中辅料性能优良,所优选的片剂处方合理,制得的片芯硬度及崩解时限符合要求。 更多还原
