 摘要:目的 观察阿司匹林对衰老模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法   采用皮下注射D-半乳糖生理盐水溶液制备衰老大鼠模型。不同剂量阿司匹林以及阳性治疗药物处理后,采用Morris水迷宫行为检测方法观察大鼠学习记忆能力。结果   与未治疗的衰老模型大鼠相比,小、中剂量阿司匹林应用后,大鼠平均逃避潜伏期明显缩短,穿越站台的次数显著增加;而大剂量阿司匹林处理大鼠的逃避潜伏期和穿越站台次数均无明显变化。结论   适当剂量的阿司匹林能够改善衰老模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,而大剂量阿司匹林反而加剧衰老模型大鼠的精神症状。
Abstract:
 ABSTRACT: Objective   To observe the effects of aspirin on spatial learning and memory in aging rat model. Methods   D-galactose was injected subcutaneously once per day to prepare the aging rat models. After administration of aspirin or therapeutic drug, Morris water maze was used to examine the capability of learning and memory by detecting the mean latencies and the times to cross the target. Results   Small and medium doses of aspirin decreased the mean latencies and increased the times to cross the target of aging rats. However, no significant difference was found in the mean latencies and the times to cross the target between large-dose aspirin group and aging model group without aspirin treatment. Conclusion   A moderate dose of aspirin can improve the capability of learning and memory in aging rat model, but superabundant aspirin aggravates mental symptoms of aging rats.
