- 摘要:目的 探讨女贞子提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠骨骼肌的抗氧化水平和运动能力的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法 24只SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动对照组和运动加药组,每组8只。运动对照组进行6周大强度跑台训练,运动加药组除大强度跑台训练外,每天灌服400mg/kg女贞子提取物2mL。安静对照组和运动对照组灌胃同体积3.82mmol/L Tween-80溶液。6周后安静对照组(在安静时)、运动对照组和运动加药组进行一次力竭性运动后取材,测定骨骼肌抗氧化酶活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 运动加药组大鼠骨骼肌的抗氧化酶活性及GSH含量显著高于运动对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);运动加药组大鼠骨骼肌MDA含量及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性均低于运动对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);运动加药组大鼠力竭运动时间比运动对照组延长23.09%。结论 补充女贞子提取物可以提高大鼠骨骼肌的抗氧化能力和运动能力。
- Abstract:
- ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect and possible action mechanisms of Ligustrum lucidum extract on antioxidation level and motor ability of skeletal muscle of great intensity endurance training rats. Methods Totally 24 SD rats were divided into sedentary control group, exercise control group and exercise + Ligustrum lucidum group, with 8 rats in each. Rats in exercise control group had 6-week exhaustive treadmill exercise while rats in exercise +Ligustrum lucidum group had an oral administration of 400mg/kg Ligustrum lucidum extract (2mL) daily apart from the high-intensity treadmill training. Rats in sedentary control group and exercise control group were given the same volume of Tween-80 solution (3.82mmol/L). After 6 weeks, rats in sedentary control group were harvested at rest, those in exercise control group and exercise + Ligustrum lucidum group were harvested after an exhaustive exercise to measure antioxidant enzyme activities as well as GSH and MDA contents in bone quadriceps. Results Quadricep antioxidant enzyme activities and GSH content were significantly higher in exercise+Ligustrum lucidum group than in exercise control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Quadricep MDA level as well as serum LDH and CK activities was significantly lower in exercise + Ligustrum lucidum group than in exercise control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Exercise + Ligustrum lucidum group had a 23.09% prolonged exhaustive exercise time compared with exercise control group. Conclusion Supplement of Ligustrum lucidum extract can enhance antioxidant capacity and motor ability of rat skeletal muscle.
