摘要:: 摘要：目的 研究黑素瘤抑制蛋白2(MIA2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝癌中的表达及其与肝癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测36例肝癌手术切除标本的MIA2及VEGF的表达情况。结果 36例HCC中MIA2、VEGF阳性表达分别为41.7%和77.8%；MIA2和VEGF表达有相关性(P<0.05)。29例癌旁组织中MIA2和VEGF阳性表达分别为93.1%和34.5%。肝癌组织和癌旁组织MIA2和VEGF表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MIA2在肝癌组织中呈低表达，且与肝癌的TNM分期、病理分级及肿瘤转移有关。MIA2和VEGF的表达呈负相关。

Abstract:: ABSTRACT: Objective To study the expressions of melanoma inhibitory activity-related gene 2 (MIA2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The expressions of MIA2 and VEGF were determined by immunohistochemical staining method (SP) in 36 cases of HCC and 29 cases of the corresponding paracancerous tissues. Results The positive expression rates of MIA2 and VEGF expressions in HCC tissues were 41.7% and 77.8%, respectively. The expression of MIA2 and VEGF in HCC tissues had a positive correlation (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of MIA2 and VEGF in the corresponding paracancerous tissues were 93.1% and 34.5%, respectively. There was a significant difference in MIA2 and VEGF expressions between HCC and paracancerous tissues (P<0.01). Conclusion MIA2 expression is decreased or vanished in HCC compared with that in adjacent noncancerous tissues, and is closely associated with the differentiation, TNM staging and metastasis of HCC. The expression of MIA2 and VEGF have the negative correlation.
