- 摘要:目的 探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)水平与2型糖尿病(DM)的相关性。方法 选取180例2型DM患者为DM实验组,经健康体检合格者100例为正常对照组。DM实验组又按照有无合并其他脏器病变分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级,Ⅰ级:单纯2型DM组;Ⅱ级:2型DM合并有排除冠状动脉疾病(CAD)的其他脏器并发症组;Ⅲ级:2型DM合并冠状动脉疾病(CAD)。分别测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并计算出非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)的含量。结果 DM实验组血清non-HDL-C明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且DM实验组组间有统计学差异。Logistic回归分析显示,DM实验组血清non-HDL-C的OR值略强于TG,明显强于TC 和LDL-C,并随着合并症的不同OR值优势显著。结论 血清non-HDL-C与2型DM不同的合并症发展进程有正相关性,且相关性优于TG、TC和LDL-C。
- Abstract:
- ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the correlation between non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) level and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods We selected 180 patients with type 2 diabetes as the experimental group and 100 persons who passed the physical check-up served as normal controls. According to complications involving other organs, patients in the experimental group were divided into Grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups. Grade Ⅰ: simple type 2 DM; Grade Ⅱ: type 2 DM with complications involving other organs excluding coronary artery disease (CAD); Grade Ⅲ: type 2 DM complicated with CAD. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured; non-HDL-C level was calculated. Results Serum non-HDL-C level was significantly higher in DM group than in control group (P<0.05), and in the experimental group significant differences existed among different sub-groups. Logistic regression analysis showed that in the experimental group OR of serum non-HDL-C was slightly greater than that of TG and obviously stronger than that of TC and LDL-C; OR value had a significant advantage when complications differed. Conclusion Serum non-HDL-C has a positive correlation with different complication development stages of type 2 DM, and the correlation is greater than with TG, TC and LDL-C.
