摘要目的：调查住院医嘱中质子泵抑制剂的使用合理性。方法：抽查2010年11月普外科、泌尿外科、消化内科、心内科和心外科中使用质子泵抑制剂的病历50份，根据文献资料对该类药物的适应证、用法用量、药物相互作用和不良反应等进行分析、讨论。结果：50份病历中使用不合理的2份，不完全合理的15份，完全合理的33份。结论：质子泵抑制剂在我院的临床应用相对规范。但为节约医疗成本和进一步提高合理用药水准，临床选用时仍需慎重，全面考虑药物的适应证、禁忌证、用法用量和药物相互作用等多方面因素。

　　Retrospective comments on 50 prescriptions of proton pump inhibitors for inpatient

　　AbstractObjective: To investigate the rationality of the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) for inpatient. Methods: Choose randomly 50 medical records of inpatients used PPI from general surgical unit，urological unit，gastroenterological unit，cardiac unit and cardiac surgical unit and analyze their rationality by considering indications，dosage and administration，adverse reactions and drug interactions with the help of academic literature. Result: There are 2 inappropriate cases，33 completely rational cases and 15 incompletely rational cases. Conclusion: PPI are used widely and safely in our hospital. In order to reduce the public health budget and improve the level of rational drug use further，it is necessary to balance carefully multiple factors including indications，adverse reactions，drug interactions and so on for choosing the most rational drug treatment.
