【摘要】 目的观察卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)患者外周血中TH17细胞与FOXP3+CD25highCD4+调节性T(Treg)细胞比例及相关因子表达的变化并探讨其意义。方法取30例POF患者及12例健康妇女外周血,流式细胞术检测TH17和Treg细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例;实时定量PCR测定外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中TH17和Treg细胞相关因子IL-17、RORγt、FOXP3、TGF-β、IL-1β及IL-6 mRNA的相对表达量。结果 POF患者外周血中TH17/CD4+T细胞的比例明显高于健康妇女(P<0.01),Treg/CD4+T细胞的比例较健康妇女有增高趋势但无统计学差异,TH17/Treg细胞比例的比值明显高于健康妇女(P<0.01)。POF患者PBMCs中,IL-17、RORγt、FOXP3的mRNA相对表达量明显高于健康妇女(P<0.01),而IL-1β、IL-6则明显低于健康妇女(P<0.01,P<0.05),TGF-β无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 POF患者可能处于一种TH17细胞明显... 更多还原
