【摘要】 目的了解四川省全日制本科毕业临床护士专业能力现状及其影响因素,为高等护理教育改革和护理人力资源管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,分层整群随机抽取本科毕业护士及其直接护理管理者,分别由双方对护士专业能力进行自我评估及管理者评价。结果护士自评和管理者评价的专业能力指数分别为69.90±10.27和68.96±11.33;影响因素分别为专业兴趣、毕业院校、职务和单位培养情况。结论四川省全日制本科毕业临床护士专业能力近于中等水平,在总体上仍有提升空间,尤其是科研、管理和教学能力有待加强。护理院校应进一步加强内部教学环境建设和学生专业思想教育,用人单位应为本科护士提供更多培养和任职锻炼机会,提高职业认同感,从而提高专业能力,为护理学科发展提供人才基础。 更多还原
