摘 要 目的：通过总结我科引入循证护理后接诊的多发伤患者的护理进展，指导临床抢救，提高护理质量。 方法：以2009年7月引入循证护理为节点，前后2年多发伤抢救各50例，从病人及家属满意度,抢救成功率以及参加抢救护士的疲劳程度进行对比。结果：发现自从在多发伤患者急救中引入循证护理，患者多发伤急救成功概率由78%提高至92%，护士工作量及疲劳程度大幅下降。结论：引入循证护理运用于多发伤急救中，培养了急诊护士的循证思维能力，提高了护理质量，同时带来了满意的社会效益、经济效益以及人才效益。

　　Abstract ObjectveThrough summarizing the I s.2 evidence-based nursing the multiple trauma after accepts the nursing progress, clinical guidance rescue, to improve the quality of nursing. Methods Introduced in July 2009, evidence-based nursing for node before and after 2 years of multiple trauma from all 50 cases, save the patient and family's satisfaction rate and attend rescue nurses fatigue are compared. Results Found in multiple trauma emergency since introducing evidence-based nursing, patients multiple trauma emergency probability of success by 78% increased to 92%, nurse workload and fatigue degree down dramatically. ConclusionIntroducing evidence-based nursing applied to multiple trauma emergency, cultivate the emergency nurse of evidence-based thinking ability, improved the quality of nursing, also brought the satisfaction of social benefits and economic benefits and talent benefits.
