【摘 要】本文介绍了对天津某专科医院两间手术室的检测过程和结果，通过与《医院洁净手术部建设标准》和《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》的比较分析，发现这两间手术室的运行情况与《标准》和《规范》的要求有一定差距。分析其原因，主要在于系统设备缺乏必要的检测与维修，过滤器使用多年没有更换，手术部管理混乱。
